Meet the Owner New Era Technologies LLC is an Atlanta Based, Woman owned Internet services & marketing firm that focuses on providing big business solutions for small to medium sized businesses. Glenda McCarty (the owner) is a native Georgian, She grew up about 40 miles west of Atlanta. Glenda attended the University of West Georgia, where she obtained her BS in English with a minor in Secondary Education. After realizing she was more suited for the business world than a high school classroom, she began her career in business. Glenda has worked in every facet of sales and marketing over the past 20 years. Her experience is derived from both the corporate world, working with large companies such as Norfolk Southern Railroad and Lucent Technologies, as well as from owning her own small businesses. Over the years, Glenda has obtained skills and learned practices that are crucial in today's business world. It is through her vision and leadership that NET leads the way in providing "Tomorrows Solutions Today" for NET Clients.

History

The early roots of New Era Technologies began to grow in 1995.

From the beginning, we realized that professional web design and development would play increasingly important roles in the world of business, and we wanted to help people make the most of these powerful tools. We saw an opportunity to become a Pioneer in the Internet industry, and we also could see how the business world and job markets were becoming centered on computers, web site development and ever evolving internet technologies.  And so the seed that would one day grow into the New Era Technologies tree was planted.
